We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr Technical Product Manager for our Platform Engineering unit. Your focus will be on the development and optimization of internal developer platform features by providing self-service infrastructure and resources, ensuring we are following the highest technical standards, and promoting best practices across R&D. Through automation, collaboration, and continuous innovation, we strive to support operational excellence and drive the success of our SaaS platform. 

As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead platform initiatives that enhance internal user experience by delivering seamless solutions to optimize core functionalities of the internal developer platform (CI / CD, Infrastructure, Security, Site Reliability, etc…)
  • You will drive internal client success through improved onboarding, adoption, engagement, and conversion across features and workflows.
  • Define product success, track and measure key metrics, and make strategic decisions to remove underperforming or redundant features, ensuring the internal developer platform remains optimized and aligned with business goals.
  • Establish a clear roadmap with measurable goals to accelerate the developer performance, improve the developer experience and perfect Coveo’s product reliability.
  • Conduct in-depth internal customer research to shape product strategies, refine feature sets, and simplify technical complexity within the internal platform product.

Here is what will qualify you for the role

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment (ideally B2B)
  • Deeply customer-focused and passionate about delivering solutions that address their needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to educate and guide various teams
  • Strong experience with technology platforms and enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to balance business priorities and resources to enhance time to value
