Principal Product Manager - Strategic Project, Enterprise & Monetisation

Your future team
As Principal Product Manager, you'll be part of the Enterprise & Monetisation team within Jira Service Management, reporting to the Head of Product for Enterprise Growth & Monetisation. You will work as an individual contributor PM across high priority areas within JSM that fall under the Enterprise & Monetisation charter.
What you'll do

• Your first assignment will be to ensure JSM is integrated into Atlassian's overall System of Work and that our future value prop is exciting for customers and roadmap to get there is well defined
• You will execute other short and long term projects working with teams all over JSM as required by our Enterprise strategy such as defining our Extensibility play
• Your main role will be to go where the unknowns are and bring clarity to blurry lines utilising your super powers of conceptual thinking, crisp written comms alongside your business acumen
• You will spend time disambiguating to aid decision making and developing product strategy across multiple large teams on a multi-year time horizon considering technical execution, GTM tactics, and business upside
• You will present strategies and facilitate workshops to drive shared understanding and alignment across stakeholders at all levels of Atlassian
• You will be good at prioritising for the fastest path to high impact balancing the needs of our users with those of the business and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
• You embody the art and science of product management by setting the bar for what PM excellence looks like

Your background

• Experience as a Principal Product Manager defining vision, weaving market and customer needs into tight written narratives and presentations, and working across your organisation to execute initiatives
• You have an obsession for the customer, you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems
• A track record of building relationships, influencing, and inspiring all levels of the organization whether it's your team, peers, or executives.
• Experience building a compelling business case for new opportunities
• A track record in using research and can analyse trends in data using it to show customer impact
