You architect innovative solutions to deliver an industry leading client experience. You serve as key contact for business partners on a specific product line explaining features, capabilities and benefits. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally, across multiple functional areas.

- Drive product lifecycles by using digital best practices in accessibility, usability, requirement writing, agile development, software product management and product lifecycle management.
- Diagnose highly complex issues to evaluate, recommend and execute the best resolution.
- Create a vision for digital product/set capabilities and convert them into a concerete strategy.
- Improve products by evaluating proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience.
- Manage the development and communication of product strategies.
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement product strategies.
- Define product goals and build experiments to evaluate success.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Six or more years of experience in product development or product management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Expert in strategizing solutions based on data analysis; Extensive knowledge of digital SDLC tools, such as JIRA; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Planning, prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Abilities: History of managing and fostering change with the ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Experience with Pegasystems workflow.
- Master's degree in a related field.

The base pay for this position generally is between
$100,600.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
