About the Role

As a Pricing Analyst you will play a crucial role in analysing, optimising, and bringing to life the company's pricing approach. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven pricing strategies that enhance revenue, improve market competitiveness, and support the company’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement pricing strategies that maximize marketplace value by optimizing traveler conversion rates, B2B competitiveness, and driver payouts while maintaining balanced margins.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace signals & seasonality, such as growth curves, driver acceptance rates, satisfaction scores, and capacity, to ensure pricing aligns with both demand and supply needs.
• Collaborate across teams (commercial, operations, finance, and product) to develop data-driven pricing tactics that balance traveler affordability and driver engagement.
• Execute pricing adjustments directly in Welcome Pickups systems, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, enhance pricing structures, and improve marketplace performance for both travelers and drivers.
• Measure and evaluate pricing impact using key metrics like traveler conversion rates, driver acceptance rates, and profitability to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, economics, statistics).
• 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and/or other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in the travel industry (airlines, hotels, car rentals, etc.) will be considered a plus.
