Presales Architect

What success looks like in this role:

• Owns, Leads and Provides presales solution architecture services for larger, more complex clients in the areas of Infrastructure services including data center operations, server, storage and compute solutions, managed infrastructure services, cloud managed services for Azure and Dell / VMware architectures.

• Key activities include win themes definition, solution definition, estimation and costing, pricing strategy and optimization, response strategy and response writing
• Analyzes detailed client business process, software, application, information technology outsourcing and/or infrastructure requirements, assisting with RFP, RFI and associated processes.
• Architects solutions using appropriate portfolio offerings and current industry trends with design elements that allow integration into the client environment, refining and optimizing models as necessary.
• Applies client understanding to propose and sell new products and services.

• Leads or supports architectural and/or solution reviews.
• Leads client-facing technical interactions, presentations, gathering data, feedback and input on solution requirements, challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally, including with solution management, solution delivery and delivery, to address client needs and enhance product features.
• Evaluates proposed solutions and costs to determine the most effective delivery methods and innovative approaches.
• Leads innovation workshops and breakthrough initiatives with key clients.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
