Company Description
The On Premise Key Account Executive whose main responsibility is to manage the relationship with On-Premise QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and CTB (Café, Tea, Bistro) segments through the annual agreements and in store execution standards. S/he will deliver sales volume in line with Business Plan and the targeted trade spend . S/he will maintain maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products. On Premise Key Account Executive will secure the availability and visibility of Red Bull and will be responsible of the continuous volume growth. S/he will be reporting to the On Premise Key Account Manager.
Job Description
Implements KA strategies for distribution, POS in all target accounts.
Distribution
Survey each account looking for all opportunities –On P KAs
Share category trends to manage competitive distribution where possible
Building strategic business relationships
Build great relationship in every call by providing first class customers service so all opportunities can be exploited
Annual agreements
Manage the whole logistics and financial process
Manage conflicts and comes up with effective negotiation and sales strategies
Promotion
Execute promotions across On Premise KA
Conduct and lead yearly negotiation process at key accounts
Execute sales targets
Effectively manage Customer P&L’s
POS
Execute against channel-specific KPIs to insure maximum brand presence in each account
Focuse on placing Red Bull in all points of interruption for maximum exposure to consumer
Direct support to Muskeeter’s for the local execution of national accounts agreements
Executes all national programs
Utilize all sales tools provided to create maximum brand presence in accounts
Focuse on visibility in accounts utilizing POS to increase consumer awareness
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Must be proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Solid understanding of the local On-Premise industry
Demonstrable literacy and numerical skills
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
