Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, motivate, mentor and train the Used Sales team
- Work with the team to maintain sales profitability of Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Manage Customer Retention
- Establish and maintain performance standards
Sales Manager Qualifications:
-Familiar with Reynolds and Reynolds
-Dealership preowned sales manager experience required
-Elead CRM experience
-Firm grasp on pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process
-Experience in acquiring vehicles from auction and from the general public
-Extremely organized in inventory management and CRM Management
