PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Crear/actualizar planes de inspección para la materia prima
- Descargar planes de inspección de la base de datos IQS
- Revisar y documentar los números de parte que sean candidatos a ship to stock
- Actualizar lista de números de parte candidatos a ship to stock
- Trabajar en la verificación de material en MRB
- Reportar directamente a proveedor el material defectuoso en MRB
- Disposición del material defectuoso
- Segregación de lotes
- Revisar diariamente el correo electrónico para verificar el estado del material reportado a proveedor
Responsabilidades temporales:
- Realizar la inspección de la materia prima de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la empresa.
- Asistencia para problemas de calidad en las líneas de producción
- Asistencia en cuestiones de calidad en el almacén
- Ayudar a los compañeros o a cualquier persona que lo solicite en el laboratorio de incoming
Responsabilidades asociadas al Sistema de Gestión ISO9001, ISO14001 e ISO 45001
- Conocer los procedimientos de calidad
REQUISITOS
Formación y experiencia:
- Ser estudiante de 5to semestre de universidad.
- Escolaridad: ingeniería Industrial o a fin.
General Competences:
- Además de los conocimientos técnicos necesarios para desempeñar adecuadamente esta función, este puesto requiere un espíritu emprendedor que trabajará bajo supervisión limitada, seguirá la dirección general del trabajo y podrá tener plena responsabilidad en proyectos.
Competencias específicas:
- Conocimiento y capacidad para interpretar dibujos
- Utilizar herramientas básicas de medición manual (calibradores, micrómetros, etc)
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad de organización de tareas
Competencias técnicas:
- Manejo de herramientas de medición
- Conocimiento y manejo de Microsoft Office
- Ingles básico
