In addition to managing our digital presence and PR strategies, this person will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture by conceptualizing and organizing events that enhance employee satisfaction and collaboration. 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead social media initiatives with a well-organized content calendar, from content creation, scheduling and managing content that is engaging and relevant to company profile across social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.) 
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies setting clear goals and budgets to drive recruitment, sales, and employee engagement 
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates and emerging tools to implement fresh and innovative strategies 
  • Manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement 
  • Analyze social media metrics data and prepare and present analytics reports to track the success of campaigns and suggest improvements 
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels 
  • Monitor online reviews and sentiment across different social media platforms, addressing concerns to maintain a positive reputation 
  • Draft compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, press releases, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with company messaging 
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and multimedia content 
  • Partner with engineering, HR, and recruitment teams to create content that showcases technologies worked on, company achievements, culture and values 
  • Collaborate with Leadership to create internal messaging for major company announcements and initiatives 
  • Plan and execute in-house events to foster employee engagement, team bonding and company culture 
  • Work with cross-functional teams (like Operations, IT, Events Committee, etc.) to plan events such as themed celebrations, wellness programs, team-building activities, learning and development, employee appreciation events, etc 
  • Gather employee feedback post-events and refine strategies to enhance participation and satisfaction 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency with using social media platforms and analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite etc.) 
  • Proficiency in using graphic design tools like Canva or similar platforms 

Personal Skills: 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with deadlines 
  • Team player with strong planning, organizing, and time management skills 
  • Ability to adapt to different audiences and analyze trends 
  • Ability to learn new tools relevant to the job and stay updated 

Education and Work Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or public relations (experience in a combined role is a plus)
