We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Pricing & Packaging (P&P) team. This is a high-impact role - you will play a pivotal role in one of monday's most strategic teams, driving growth by influencing decision-making across products and departments.

We’re looking for a team player with great analytical skills, the ability to tell a coherent story through data, a strong eye for detail, great communication skills, and with hunger to solve complex problems.

You will lay down the data-foundations of optimizing our P&P, and will ensure that our data and insights are actionable to drive strategic decisions across the business. You will work closely with business leaders and many key stakeholders at all levels, in order to uncover optimization opportunities and drive our growth to the next level.



About The Role

Own Pricing & Packaging analysis, and optimization processes:

  • Lay down the strategy and foundations to allow us better tracking and monitoring of P&P performance
  • Conceptualize, create, and maintain dashboards to track key P&P performance, track and monitor KPIs, and proactively communicate insights internally
  • Lead deep dive analyses to uncover new opportunities, and to better understand our competition and customer behavior around P&P – pricing performance, usage, value and behavior, different segmentations, trends and more
  • Lead A/B testing
  • Be insight driven, see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, and execute our P&P decisions and strategies, which impact the company's bottom line
  • Develop strong partnerships with multiple functions within monday.com, such as PMs, Business Leaders, Sales, Finance, Billing, Project Managers, Growth, other Analysts, and many more



Requirements

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business/ Data Analyst
  • BSc/BA in quantitative fields (i.e., Engineering/Math/Statistics/Economy/Physics)
  • Proficient level of SQL and Tableau - MUST
  • Strong analytical and operational skills
  • B2B SaaS company experience - advantage
  • Communication & presentation skills – ability to tell a compelling story, and explain complex issues in simple, interesting ways
  • Experience working with other BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Redash, Looker, Periscope, Qlik, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex model to gain insight
  • Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person, with ability to ask as well as answer
  • Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Excellent team player, with a strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English
