PNE Customer Excellence Sr. Digital Lead

• Pet Nutrition's objective is to become a digital-first organization. To support the global ambition and regional needs a senior digital lead is needed to drive Europe's Customer Excellence digital agenda.

  This pivotal role is at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation that defines, aligns, and oversees the delivery of end-to-end Customer Excellence digital strategy, including business-as-Usual and Transformational objectives. What will be your key responsibilities?

• Leadership & Collaboration

• Define and align the Customer Excellence Digital Strategy with key business and digital leaders, ensuring it supports overarching business objectives.
• Drive business value by proactively identifying challenges and opportunities, leveraging digital solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support Pet Nutrition Europe’s strategic goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across local, regional, and third-party teams, driving engagement and ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Expertise & Innovation

• Serve as the go-to expert for Customer Excellence Digital solutions, providing deep functional expertise and industry insights.
• Continuously identify improvement areas and introduce innovative ideas by leveraging both internal best practices and external trends.
• Provide strategic guidance on adoption and change management, working closely with the CM Growth Lead to drive seamless transitions.
• Bring thought leadership by sharing external perspectives, hosting community calls on emerging tech, and acting as a digital ambassador for the Customer Excellence Digital agenda.

• Roadmap & Execution

• Prioritize and align the customer excellence Digital roadmap across regional and global teams.
• Work with the PNE Digital Delivery team to ensure successful roadmap execution.

• Digital Operations & Optimization

• Oversee the regional Customer Excellence digital ecosystem, ensuring effective support, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Simplify and optimize the digital solutions landscape to enhance adoption, while maintaining alignment with the regional functional strategy
• Manage service escalations and lead crisis resolution, ensuring minimal disruption and swift problem-solving for digital solutions.
