Context and mission
As part of the PMO (Program Management Office) team, the PMO intern will be responsible for providing support for various activities linked to project management and process transformation. He/she will work closely with the operational teams to help optimize project tracking, KPI management and formalize new processes.
Main responsibilities
Help build KPI dashboards for Operations
Collect and analyze operational data.Participate in the creation and updating of performance monitoring dashboards (KPIs).
Ensure the consistency and relevance of the information displayed on the dashboards.
Suggest improvements to facilitate performance analysis.
Help manage the transformation plan and associated project portfolio
Assist in monitoring ongoing projects and updating them in project management tools.
Help plan the various stages of projects.
Take part in monitoring meetings and produce regular reports to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Help deploy time tracking tools in certain regions.
Participate in the set-up and implementation of time tracking tools.
Help train local teams in the use of the tools.
Ensure that problems and possible improvements are fed back into monitoring tools.
Help formalize new project management processes
Contribute to the documentation of new project management processes and methodologies, and help create templates and support tools for project teams.
Profile required
Training : Student in engineering, project management or business school (Bac +4/+5).
Skills required :
Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) and PowerBI is a plus.
Awareness of Lean Engineering or Lean manufacturing topics is a plus.
Rigor, organization and analytical skills.
Good teamwork and effective communication skills.
Curiosity for innovation and transformation methodologies.
French and English (written and oral).
Duration and conditions
Duration of internship: 6 months (may be extended depending on the progress of the assignment).
Location: Hary (Aisne).
