Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures line coverage for assigned shift, referencing the shift schedule and call-in schedule to assist in this process, as well as direction from Packaging Manager.
- Coordinate and execute packaging tasks as defined.
- Maintain safe and sanitary conditions of the packaging areas including, execution of sanitation list (MSS) and work area organization.
- Communicates any issues effecting packaging quality / efficiency outside the positions control to the Packaging
- Keeps work area clean and free of trip hazards throughout shift.
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Education and / or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in working on a production line in a manufacturing facility, preferably.
