The Role

This professional will be working for the middleware solutions of the company (MFT Platforms) and user authentication tools (Single Sign on, Multi Factor Authentication) to support of live environments and onboarding of new customers with a focus on engineering tasks.

Introduction of new technologies, process improvement, automatization and IT customer management

Strada deploys  high technology platforms  in public cloud environments (Azure, AWS) for our payroll systems (using SAP and propietary software based on OpenSource applications) , covering advanced user authentication  and file integration solutions using mainly GlobalScape EFT and IBM MFT middleware tools , which are supported through a global-multicultural team.

IT Technical knowledge & Teamwork are key for success in this position.

Specific Responsibilities:

Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between our payroll systems and other internal/external systems. Using mainly GlobalScape EFT and IBM MFT tools.

Design, develop and maintain user identity solutions , mainly using Single Sign On and Multi Factor Authentication

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

 Develop and maintain integration documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications.

 Collaborate with third-party technical teams to facilitate seamless integrations.

 Write and maintain scripts and code for integrations using appropriate programming languages.

Works closely with other Technical Management teams such as Unix TM, Network TM, SYS TM, and close support to our payroll Operations team

What You’ll Bring To The Role

At least 5 years of IT experience in operations and system management tasks. Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting an advantage.

3+ experience in file interfacing  including good knowledge of SFTP / HTTPS protocols, encryption , single sign on tools like Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, standards like  OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect

More than 3 year experience supporting a globally spanned (international) environment experience is a plus.

Proven capability to work in an organization with direct and indirect reporting lines in a matrix set-up

Ability to communicate effectively and motivate team members. Proven track record working with multinational teams exposure to Office365 and Microsoft Exchange.
