As an Associate in the Platform Modernization Program - Project Management, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of operations in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work with different functional groups, design and introduce new processes, and provide updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues. Experience in platform migration projects and understanding of Temenos is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire knowledge of Client Operations in Wealth Management: Client Onboarding, KYC, Account Maintenance, Client Documentation Management preferable but not essential,
  • Acquire Good knowledge and experience in the Digital space for the banking and financial environment,
  • Acquire Good understanding of Project Methodologies and especially the Product Framework and the Agile framework, including working in a Design Led change organization,
  • Conduct data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to translate into empirical solutions or evidence that can optimize project reporting with a sense of prioritization
  • Work with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes and business applications,
  • Be responsible for the planning, requirements gathering, management and execution of projects through a project plan and engagement of various functional groups (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, Risk) and across several platforms,
  • Plan and coordinate testing of new functionality and regression testing,
  • Provide updates on the project status to senior management and stakeholders,


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required,
  • Extensive end to end project management / business analysis experience including scoping, business case development, implementation, testing (UAT) and change management,
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to deal with different stakeholder groups (as well as Senior Management) to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes,
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint,
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Understanding of Temenos is a plus
  • Worked on Platform Migration projects is a plus
