As an Alternatives Program Manager and Efficiency Specialist - Associate in J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will be responsible for identifying manual processes across divisions, ideating and developing robust technological solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design and implement tech solutions, and provide technical support to teams. This role provides an opportunity to leverage your technical skills to promote innovation and efficiency in a dynamic and globally recognized organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various divisions to identify and document manual processes requiring automation.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end tech solutions using tools like Python, Alteryx, and VB Macros.
- Analyze process requirements and create detailed workflows and technical specifications.
- Optimize existing processes by implementing best practices and leveraging automation tools.
- Provide technical support and training to teams on implemented solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Devise KPIs to measure developments and goals and also to publish them in partnership with various Alts colleagues for internal management's consumption and guidance.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Python, Alteryx, and VB Macros.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Job Location: Bengaluru
- Shift Timing: EMEA (1.30pm to 10.30pm)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial services or asset management environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and data visualization tools is a plus.
