Working closely with Product, R&D, and other stakeholders, you will ensure smooth program execution, proper tracking of success metrics, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. 

This role is highly cross-functional, requiring deep collaboration across teams to streamline execution, enhance transparency, and optimize delivery processes within the domain. You will be both a strategic partner and a hands-on driver, ensuring roadmap initiatives align with company goals and execution is frictionless. 

What you’ll be spending your time on:

This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders, enhance transparency, and optimize delivery processes while working within the domain teams in our ongoing effort to achieve execution excellence. As such, this role will focus on: 

  • Accelerate Execution: Keep roadmap items on track, track dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Strategic Roadmap Partnership: Work with the domain leader to define and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • DLC Implementation: Ensure all domain initiatives follow the Development Life Cycle (DLC) framework, maintaining alignment with QA guidelines and best practices.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Efforts: Lead collaboration between departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Program Oversight: Oversee execution across Platform teams, ensuring milestone achievement.
  • Manage Reporting Mechanisms: Establish dashboards, OKR tracking, KPI updates, and executive summaries to provide clarity and transparency.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program and/or project management.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-company programs (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex tech environments).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple domains and drive alignment across business units.
  • Experience with Agile, product development life cycles, and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level reporting and presentation skills.
