Planning and Forecasting Analyst

The Planning and Forecasting Analyst, is responsible for supporting the respective in-market Finance teams with robust planning and forecasting OPEX activities as well as accurate, insightful and timely management reporting and analysis to drive business decisions. They would also be expected to build strong relationships with the in-market finance teams and with US Commercial Budget Holders. 
Key Responsibilities

• Work with US Commercial Budget Holders and Lead Planning and Performance Business Partner to create monthly Forecasts, Annual and Long Term Plans for Overheads and Headcount.
• Monthly meeting with Budget Holders to present financials, headcount, and evaluate any risk & opportunities.
• Strong understanding of actual/ historical performance, external environment and able bring into planning and forecasting considerations.  
• Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts. Keep track of changes between exercises, build and present bridges
• Compare and comment on forecasts against budgets, prior month forecasts, actuals vs Budget and Forecast.
• Preparing internal management reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making.
• Responsible for the robustness and accuracy of the market forecasts and plans.
• Completing ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or the FD.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related fields.
• 3-5 years or experience within a similar operating model and similar sector.
• Experience in driving business value with market specific insight of financial data.
• Proficient financial knowledge of analysis, evaluation, modelling and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills - can work alongside and gain the trust and respect of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Advanced knowledge usage of Excel and SAP.
• Advanced English level - Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural and diverse environment and flex style as the role requires contact with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of preferably BISON.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
