Job Description
Support general processes of the accounting department, ensure compliance with the local administrative part under the parameters established. Compliance with the fiscal and labor regulations of the entities. comply with the organization's corporate policies (SOX USGAAG and the accepted accounting principles)
Register in the ledger the journal entries with the correct documentation (Invoice, contracts, or analysis), whether they are provisions/estimates or required accounting adjustments. Prepare and execute each of the reconciliations of the balance sheet accounts through reconciliation form for each of the assigned accounts. Updating of accrual control and entries related to the recognition of provisions and estimates, ensuring compliance with internal policy and regulations. Provide support in external audits, review and preparation of pending requirements to comply with internal policies. Preparation of the reports of variations of the balance sheet accounts to give visibility of the business to the international team. Ensure a month-end-close quality and timing.
Knowledge & Experience
Accounting Degree or related fields.
Advanced Excel
Preferred knowledge in external audits, accounting process and SAP.
Temporary role for 6 months.
