NA QSC P&F Lead

The NA QSC P&F Lead, is responsible of leading Planning and Forecasting management reporting and submission process for NA QSC and to assist the NA Sr Finance Controller in MEC Financial Analysis.
Key Responsibilities

• Overhead Cost Center Management
  • Review Actuals in Above site Cost Centers each month for accuracy and make appropriate journals as needed
  • Manage Forecasting & Budget activities – Assumptions, alignment with stakeholders, etc.
  • Manage all system maintenance related to budgeting & forecasting (Siera & BI uploads)
  • Produce Monthly Reporting & Commentary

• QSC Consolidation, Coordination & Forecasting Activities
  • Coordinate monthly and annual finance cycle.
  • Consolidate Monthly Forecast, Reporting & Commentary Activities
  • Lead consolidated forecast & budget reviews
  • Preparation of Site MPR Deck (AO templates)
  • Preparation of Regional MPR Deck
  • Manage monthly system requirements related to forecasting & budgeting activities
  • Annual budget coordination (calendar, meetings)
  • Annual budget consolidation, reviews, deck preparation.
  • Communication across markets regarding allocations, OE forecasting, central initiatives, etc.
  • Standard cost flip coordination & analysis.
  • Continuous improvement driving efficiency in P&F & reporting processes along with enhancing site productivity via performance management metrics & reporting.
     

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance or similar careers.
• 5+ years of supply chain accounting reporting, finance and P&F experience.
• SAP knowledge and ERP experience .
• Advanced knowledge using Power BI and Excel.
• Advanced English level.
