Job Description:
The Global Plan Design Execution manager will be responsible to support the HPE Sales Compensation Plan Design execution processes to support Sales planning & deployment, Sales letters, Credit and Pay including governance, KPIs. As part of the annual HPE Sales Readiness cycle. The Global Plan Design Execution Manager will lead a global team supporting the Global & Region Sales Planning & Compensation operations team to execute Planning, Sales letters, Open to Sales and First Incentive pay in line with Readiness Goals and provide continuous support. This leader will partner closely with Sales Incentive Design, Finance, Sales Planning, Sales Compensation teams and support the transformation roadmap focused on transitioning from legacy tools and processes to target state tools & processes (e.g., Anaplan, SAPC).
How you’ll make your mark:

Manage a team of 15-18 direct reports globally responsible for Compensation plan set up to enable Sales Planning, Sales letter, Credit and Pay

Provide direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors supporting and performing sales planning & compensation operations for the business.

Ensure Plan design assessment and execution of compensation plans that enables commission, and incentive payments are calculated and paid in accordance with sales plans, policies and governance guidelines, KPIs & metrics.

Engage and support in transformation and Projects

Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing initiatives, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated, and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.

Ensure that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with resources.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.

Develop relationships with Leaders to understand strategic business needs and development of short term/long term business plans.

Provide people-care management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance goals, coaching, and career development.

Ensures that proper knowledge and career development tools are in place to support ongoing team member and process development.
About you:

Typically 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0 -2 years of people management experience.

Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.

Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to manage human capital across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills

Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies
