IT Businerr Partner T2-II
The Petcare Digital Technologies M&A Integration Manager will work closely with the Petcare DT M&A Integration Director, Petcare DT M&A Integration Senior Managers, and functional teams (e.g., Information Technology, DT Security, Data Privacy) to design and manage a governance framework and processes, stand up and lead the appropriate governance forums and track and report integration progress across the Mars Petcare portfolio of acquisitions. This role will also work closely with the Petcare DT Integration Director to support the development of the Petcare DT M&A Integration Playbook and integration tools.
What are we looking for?

University degree in business administration, management, IT, finance, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 years in an IT governance, compliance, or related field.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Experience with information technology, cyber security, data privacy, and PCI governance are a plus.

Experience building and managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
-
Relevant certifications such as PMP/CPM or Prince 2 and Prosci Change Management are a plus.
What will be your key responsibilities?
-
Develop and deploy governance frameworks, practices, and processes for Petcare DT M&A integration projects.

Design and implement robust mechanisms for tracking and reporting on integration projects.

Establish governance forums to review integration projects, maintaining comprehensive records of governance activities, decisions, and outcomes.

Establish procedures for reporting, escalating risks, issues, and closing gaps.

Support integration stand-up during pre-close phase to ensure DT integrations are planned and aligned with the Mars Petcare M&A DT Integration Playbook and Mars minimum requirements, safeguarding Petcare’s enterprise as new (and recently acquired businesses) enter the Petcare ecosystem.

Support Integration Senior Managers with post-close integration execution.

Develop processes for estimating and securing integration funding and investments necessary to meet minimum requirements.

Manage the development and continuously improve the Petcare DT Integration Playbook and its supporting tools and templates to aid in both pre- and post-close phases of the deal lifecycle.

Conduct integration project retrospectives to capture learnings.

Willingness and ability to travel.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
