Core Responsibilities

Plans and drives personalized on-site content supporting key eCommerce and Retail Marketing objectives in collaboration with Global eCommerce, Shopper Marketing Communications, Membership & Personalization, and Product teams to deliver the best shopper experience across 35 countries and 21 languages.

Drive the roadmap for the use of all personalized and regionalized content on LEGO.com, with a focus on commercial performance and enhancing user experience

Works with Product teams to recognize new areas of opportunity for the use of personalization tools and improve on-site personalization algorithms and audience targeting

Collaborates with the Trading Optimization and Retail Marketing teams to ensure optimal market by market product placement and visibility

Use metrics related to user impact, business goals, and in market commercial targets to communicate and celebrate successes

Partners with the Homepage Digital Content Manager and the Digital Content Coordinator to support the overall LEGO.com content strategy

As a part of the LEGO Retail organization, the Global eCommerce team drives the commercial performance and development of LEGO.com.
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Content Strategy and Operations and working alongside global colleagues in Global eCommerce, Marketing, Shopper Marketing Communications, Product and our content management agency, this role is responsible for ensuring the adoption and operational excellence of personalized content experiences on LEGO.com.
Do you have what it takes?

3+ years eCommerce experience preferably in a global, direct to consumer environment.

Experience with content management preferred.

Comfortable with the core concepts of machine learning algorithms.

An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles, solve problems and deliver results with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working globally across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure.

Proven data driven, user centric approach to content strategy and performance; solid understanding of eCommerce analytics and tools like Adobe Analytics.

Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the shopping journey, and enthusiasm for exceeding shopper expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in engaging partners at all levels.

Proficient use of MS Office 365 tools and platforms.
Additional details on this position

The salary for this position has a range of $100,900 - $151,300 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
