About the Role:
The Performance Marketing Manager will work across all of performance marketing as the chief liaison between our marketing agency and Growth/Marketing teams. They will work with channel managers to measure performance and track media budgets, set channel strategy through revenue growth prioritization and A/B testing, and coordinate cross functional efforts with creative, digital product, merchandising, and e-commerce teams. Success in this role will come from an ability to switch between data analysis, and project management.
The ideal candidate will have a background in performance marketing and channel management, and is looking for an opportunity to expand responsibility across performance channels for a more holistic approach to driving growth for an e-commerce business. This role has a unique opportunity to help define our performance marketing strategy as we accelerate our existing growth trajectory.
Specific responsibilities:
- Be the primary liaison between our performance marketing agency and internal teams
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display, Affiliate, and CTV.
- Support the launch and execution of new test channels.
- Strategize and analyze performance to drive scalable growth to meet ROAS targets.
- Lead budget tracking, performance goals, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business results.
- Create reporting and monitor key performance metrics including spend, revenue, ROAS, and budgets.
- Maintain a robust A/B testing schedule in conjunction with agency and channel leads, and communicate results to the leadership team
- Leverage customer segmentation and target market inputs to optimize media performance
- Work closely with creative and ecommerce teams to develop high performing ads
- Drive operational excellence across performance marketing channels
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce and/or retail
- Hands on channel management experience on Meta and Google Ads
- Experience utilizing data analytics tools including Google Analytics and/or media measurement platforms (MMPs), to produce and/or monitor full-funnel reporting (data driven decision-making)
- Analytical and creative problem solver with a strong curiosity to find scalable new growth opportunities
- Ability to define and execute on informative A/B tests as well as communicate learnings and next steps based on results.
- Demonstrated results must include optimizing for revenue/traffic growth
- Comfortable with project management tools and building new best practices for working cross functionally
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Compensation, Benefits, & Additional Details:
At Health-E Commerce, our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression. Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren’t limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location.
- Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000
