Job Title: System Monitoring & Deployment Engineer
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Technology Deployment: Lead software/firmware deployments and integration of solar auto-tracking technology, ensuring seamless implementation while providing comprehensive training to customers and partners.

Troubleshooting & Programming: Work with field teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues in solar auto-tracking systems, conducting root cause analysis to ensure timely resolutions and enhanced system functionality.

Remote Monitoring & Field Support: Remotely monitor solar auto-tracking systems, guiding field technicians through repairs and documenting technical issues to drive continuous improvement.

Risk & Failure Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks in solar auto-tracking systems, applying corrective actions to maintain optimal performance and reduce downtime.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to recommend procedural improvements that enhance system performance and operational efficiency.

Report & Documentation Excellence: Prepare clear, actionable performance reports, technical documentation, and service proposals, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Customer Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns regarding solar auto-tracking system performance, identifying effective solutions and escalating issues as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Performance Reporting & Optimization: Utilize solar monitoring platforms to provide regular, data-driven updates, contributing to system optimization and informed decision-making.
Here’s what you’ll need (required):

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Hands-on experience with monitoring systems, performance analysis, and field support.

Proficiency in using monitoring tools and platforms such as SCADA systems and other remote monitoring systems.

Competence with data analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for performance improvement.

Proven ability to prepare technical reports and presentations with clarity and professionalism.

Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a self-motivated, proactive approach.

Willingness to travel up to 20% for field support and training.
Preferred Skills (a plus):

Basic programming skills in Python, C, or other scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with AI tools for performance analysis, automation, and report generation.
