This role will lead and optimize CLEAR’s Workday platform and other people systems, playing a critical role in managing, enhancing, and streamlining our People technology to support CLEAR’s growing and evolving workforce. As the primary Workday HCM system administrator, you’ll oversee daily operations and manage integrations, reporting, and dashboards to support Our Great People.
What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain Workday configurations, including HCM, Benefits, Absence, Scheduling, Talent, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
- Partner with the People team and cross-functional stakeholders to design solutions leveraging Workday’s capabilities.
- Proactively manage Workday’s bi-annual Release Cycles and deploy additional modules like Peakon and Talent as needed.
- Oversee integrations between Workday and other systems (e.g., Okta, Greenhouse, Fountain, HireRight, LMS, time clocks, and other platforms).
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to drive system adoption and efficiency.
How you'll measure success:
- Workday and related systems are optimized to meet business needs with minimal disruptions.
- Bi-annual Workday Release Cycles are successfully implemented on time and with minimal issues.
- Stakeholders and end users feel supported through proactive training and effective troubleshooting.
- High-quality dashboards and reports are delivered to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Systems comply with data privacy regulations, SOX compliance standards, and internal controls.
What you're great at:
- Deep Workday expertise, with 4–6 years of system administration experience across multiple modules (HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
- Managing integrations between HR systems and external platforms (e.g., ATS, LMS, Snowflake, Okta).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating cross-functionally and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding compliance requirements, including SOX, and ensuring system security and performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification(s).
- Experience with additional HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Fountain, HireRight, LMS platforms).
- Familiarity with AI tools, change management, or system implementations.
- Experience with Looker or supporting a large hourly workforce.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000-$165,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
