CLEAR interns solve real-world problems within collaborative teams of the industry’s most innovative technologists to build some of the world’s most advanced services and devices. What you'll do:
- Support the People & Performance team on key initiatives in talent acquisition, learning & development, people analytics, and compensation
- Contribute to developing tools, resources, and programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success
- Analyze data and create reports to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with teams across CLEAR to assist in executing impactful people-related projects
- Develop and present deliverables that support team objectives and broader company goals
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026
- Passionate about helping people and organizations thrive
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excited to make meaningful contributions to a dynamic and collaborative team
