What you’ll do: 

  • You will join the People Partnering team and, in particular, you will work closely with the Leadership team of the ICT Department to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. You will report directly to the Senior HR Manager;

  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in all activities related to employee lifecycle management. Specifically, you will support the Senior HR Manager in administrative tasks, onboarding and induction procedures, learning and development activities, performance management, salary reviews, and recruiting processes;

  • As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the employee population across our offices in Milan, Turin, and Peschiera Borromeo. This includes overseeing HR operations, providing support, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across these locations. Your role will involve collaborating with local managers and teams to address employee needs, promote a positive work culture, and drive organizational success;

  • You will support the Senior HR Manager in the coordination of international hubs, specifically focusing on key projects;

  • You will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on employment contracts, terminations, disciplinary actions, and workforce policies;

  • You will handle labor disputes, supporting conflict resolution, managing grievances, and ensuring alignment with legal requirements.

What you’ll bring:

  • You have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in HR roles preferably gained in structured contexts within ICT consulting companies or ICT companies;

  • You have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related fields;

  • You have good knowledge of labor law and employee relations, with experience in handling disputes and ensuring legal compliance;

  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft O365 and, preferably, familiarity with the Workday platform;

  • You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

  • You are proactive, flexible, and innovative;

  • You have a strong ability to manage people and work effectively in cross-functional teams. You can collaborate with technical professionals, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored HR solutions to support their growth and development;

  • You are available and flexible to undertake short domestic business trips as required for meetings, training, or other HR-related activities.
