Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride!
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-DOTT
- You take care of the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to off boarding) and assist with preparatory payroll processes
- You collaborate with stakeholders across DACH, including operational managers, people team members etc.
- You maintain and update HRIS and other HR systems to ensure the data accuracy of personal documentation
- You resolve employee queries submitted via the people support portal and answer questions on HR-related topics
- You administer regional benefits and support the related processes
- You participate in internal projects to improve existing HR processes
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- You have 0-2 years of experience in administrative or support functions (including internships), experience in HR is a plus
- You have a degree in business administration, HR or employment law etc. or a comparable qualification/apprenticeship
Skills & Competencies:
- You are technically adept and know how to use tools such as HRIS (HiBob), ticketing systems (Jira) and Office
- You have a strong understanding of working with sensitive and confidential data
- You are solution-oriented and enthusiastic about implementing practical solutions
- You have a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and achieve results
Language & Location:
- You speak German and English fluently (both written and spoken)
- You are based in Berlin and are willing to come to our office in Kreuzberg 3-4 times a week
