Summary:

The People Operations Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the People and Culture function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR analytics, Benefits, Employee Experience, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns
  • Support benefits renewal and implementation
  • Develop and implement HR dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
  • Conduct research and analysis to support talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business analytics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR data and metrics
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
