Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Transactions:

  • Own the end-to-end processing of global employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and other personnel changes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee and manager inquires submitted through our global HR ticketing system, while focusing on delivering services that drive self-service and reduce the need for manual intervention.
  • Partner with global payroll, benefits, and other functional areas of HR to ensure smooth processing and compliance of all lifecycle events.

Employee Onboarding Process Support:

  • Partner with team leads and stakeholders to design and implement a standardized and streamlined onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Monitor each onboarding case to ensure tasks are completed in timely manner by internal team members and new employees.
  • Act as a resource throughout the process, working cross functionally to facilitate the resolutions of issues, delays, and questions.
  • Continuously gather feedback and look for opportunities to enhance the overall onboarding experience for future joiners. 

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct ongoing audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our employee data.
  • Support processes that protect the security and confidentiality of data within our HR systems and shared through reporting and integration to downstream systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify workforce, turnover, employee engagement, and performance trends.
  • Create and maintain HR data reports and dashboards to provide insights to leadership on key people metrics.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses to support HR strategy and decision-making.

HR Systems Management:

  • Maintain and optimize the company’s HRIS (hiBob) and ensure the timely processing of employee lifecycle transactions and the integrity and accuracy of its data.
  • Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to implement system improvements and efficiencies.
  • Provide end user training and documentation to ensure the effective use of our HR systems.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with team leads to implement and streamline workflows across the global employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding).

Employee Records:

  • Work with team leads to establish consistent global processes related to the storage and retention of confidential employee documents.
  • Develop and maintain standardized company templates to be used for HR related agreements and letters.
  • Complete periodic audits to ensure document retention policies and requirements are being met.

Compliance & Policy Support:

  • Support the auditing and maintenance of HR related policies, procedures, and legal requirements, as well as the tools used make these documents available to employees.
  • Ensure employees are receiving all required company policies and employment regulations as part of their onboarding process.
  • Partner with members of the Legal and Compliance teams to complete annual audits and updates of all employee facing policies and documents.
  • Adhere to all controls and storage requirements related to employee policies and documents. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions and troubleshooting issues in an HRIS (hiBob experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential data and information.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with process improvement and a passion for continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a global fast-paced, scaling organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and employment laws across multiple countries.

Salary Range:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $90,000.00. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis
