We are looking for People Experience to join our People team:

The LATAM People Experience Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing human resources programs, policies, and practices focused on employee relations and organizational climate, as well as coordinating corporate travel logistics worldwide for LATAM employees. This role will play a key part in enhancing employee engagement and streamlining travel-related administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Implement well-being and organizational climate programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and action plans based on the results.
  • Track incidents and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers to strengthen internal communication and organizational culture.
  • Process purchase requisitions for orders.

Travel Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate worldwide corporate travel for LATAM employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and related services.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with travel agencies and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's travel policy and optimize associated costs.
  • Provide support to employees during their travels.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar HR roles.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level) for internal and external communication (ability to hold conversations).
  • Portuguese (desirable).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
  • User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
