This People Experience & Talent Brand team helps put the “human” in Human Resources and the “people” in the People Team – and we’re growing! We’re looking for a creative, impact-driven programs manager to join our People Experience  Talent Brand team. In this role, you’ll conceive, design, and deliver innovative internal and external facing programs that enhance the employee experience and elevate our talent brand. From developing a vibrant corporate giving platform to building an engaging alumni network or launching neighborhood communities that help colleagues connect locally — you’ll bring ideas to life that make work better and more human centered.

This role blends strategic program building, project management, and employee-focused marketing — all with a customer-first mindset. You’ll own your programs from start to finish, always keeping connection, satisfaction, and measurable impact at the core.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Imagine and build internal products and programs that drive connection, belonging, and engagement among employees and aspiring employees — think: corporate volunteer program, internal customer satisfaction measures, community neighborhoods, alumni networks and more.

  • Lead end-to-end program development — from ideation and stakeholder buy-in to implementation and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Talent Brand, Recruiting, Employee Communications, Brand Marketing, People Operations, and Employee Experience to align programs with company culture and goals.

  • Use a marketing mindset to craft experiences and campaigns that resonate with current and aspiring employees, feel personal, and drive adoption.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to assess program impact, employee satisfaction, and opportunities for iteration.

  • Be a role model for company culture, helping to shape how our culture shows up internally and externally through your programs.

  • Stay highly organized and juggle multiple projects at different stages, keeping stakeholders aligned and momentum high.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have 10+ years of experience in HR program management, internal communications, employee experience, employer reputation or similar roles.

  • You’re a strategic thinker and doer — you see the big picture and love rolling up your sleeves to make it real.

  • You bring a marketing/customer-first mindset to internal and external products — you understand how to make things engaging, intuitive, and impactful.

  • You’re an excellent project manager with a knack for timelines, workflows, and stakeholder alignment.

  • You’re creative and fun — you love coming up with new ways to surprise and delight employees and aspiring employees.

  • You care deeply about culture, connection, and purpose — and want your work to meaningfully improve people’s day-to-day experiences at work.

  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive on driving meaningful change.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience in brand marketing, design or video production

  • Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Google Suite, and other project management systems

  • Prior work in employer brand, employee communities, or culture-building initiatives
