As People Experience Partner you will be responsible for executing the People Experience strategy and operations ensuring an efficient and effective customer-oriented service for employees and managers to create a positive & productive work environment. The role requires a broad understanding of HR best practices, HR Operations, Employee Relations and the ability to support both employees and management in various HR-related matters.

Your responsibilities

  • Implements globally key Human Resources processes related to the employee’s lifecycle, such as HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Management, among other key HR processes from remote locations in-country and out-of-country.

  • Provides advisory services to employees and managers on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans​.

  • Partner with business line and functional Leadership Business Partners in executing HR and business initiatives.

  • Proactively seeks and resolves issues that involves employees, their leaders and union (where applicable).

  • Recommend and suggest improvements in productivity through process reviews, innovations, and new technologies including identifying automation and shared services opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, support meetings with unions and collective bargaining agreement as required (and when applicable)​.

  • Drives operational excellence, permanently monitoring our KPI's, SLA's, goals execution, and looking for constant improvement

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs and assist in resolving employee issues and grievances, escalating as necessary.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

  • Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting organizations with a global presence in a matrixed environment responsible for Employee Relations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

  • Workday or any other HRIS Systems experience

  • Query Analysis and Customer Service experience

  • Proactive and result driven mindset

  • Problem Solving and strategic thinking

  • Team player
