We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to champion our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) strategies across the organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing initiatives that enhance our inclusive culture, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and offboarding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating meaningful programs that promote belonging and engagement, including designing immersive onboarding experiences, leading our internship program, and driving community engagement through social good initiatives. What you’d be doing:

  • Lead DEI&B strategies across the organization, from recruitment and hiring to career progression and offboarding, ensuring the integration of inclusive programs and policies aligned with DEI&B principles.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine an immersive onboarding experience that indoctrinate new hires to the company culture, values, and goals, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion.
  • Lead and facilitate the internship program's process, structure, and impact by working closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective experience for all involved.
  • Lead social good initiatives and community engagement programs, identifying and establishing partnerships with non-profits, businesses, and community organizations to maximize impact and promote community engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience for our distributed workforce, ensuring that all employees feel connected, supported, and aligned with our mission and values.
  • Create and execute strategic engagement initiatives and events, both virtually and in-person, that drive retention, build culture, and promote a sense of purpose.
  • Design and implement educational experiences and events to promote inclusion, increasing cultural competence, and equity for all employees.
  • Manage recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities, ensuring a rewarding experience for employees and promoting a culture of appreciation.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 + years of progressive experience in Employee Experience, with a focus on social good initiatives, engagement, recognition, and DEI&B strategies.
  • Willingness to commute to the Jersey City, NJ office on a hybrid basis.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft proposals, edit communications, and represent management in meetings.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a collaborative and inclusive approach to work.
  • Exposure to budget management and tracking for various initiatives.
  • Exceptional proficiency in creating visually compelling and impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for leaders and executives, showcasing a keen eye for design, content organization, and strategic communication.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications or additional training in HR, DE&I, project management, or leadership development.
  • Demonstrated involvement in social good initiatives and community engagement programs.
  • Experience in data analysis and metrics tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
