The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor delivers the recruitment strategy to the business, engaging with People Managers to understand their requirements and drives the end-to-end recruitment process. The TA Advisor along with Human Resources ensures an excellent candidate and People Manager experience. .

  • Technical expertise to lead both proactive and reactive recruitment activities in accordance with Mondelez (MDLZ) policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to drive end-to-end recruitment process, accountable for candidate experience, partnering with the People Manager, providing market insights, including tracking, assessment, feedback and offers.
  • Works with People Managers to establish business requirements and to determine applicant requirements, leads and coaches managers throughout the process to drive identification, selection and land top talent.
  • Sources the best candidates using a range of channels - owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies.
  • An expert in assessing, matching, selling and closing candidates.
  • Must understand local market trends, identify the most effective sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes to drive efficiency in recruitment process.
  • Conducts interviews, maintains candidate feedback and interview records.
  • Leads external candidate calibration, selection and offer proposal; leverages closing skills to bring offers to acceptance.
  • Being a team player with demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience working as part of a talent acquisition team, acting in a talent advisory capacity.
  • Experience in Consumer Product Goods industry desired
  • Ability to understand the business agenda, make recommendations to Human Resources and stakeholders on solutions to specific recruiting and retention challenges as needed.
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Strong process management, facilitation skills, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Highly tuned interpersonal skills with strong ability to read others and understand candidate drives and motivations.
  • Experienced in engaging talent with a sales mindset
  • Very responsive and client focused
  • Demonstrated learning agility, strategic thinking, and comfort in navigating within ambiguity.
  • Adept at influencing


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $103,200 to $141,900; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
