People Enablement Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a People Enablement Specialist to lead our onboarding program and ensure a seamless transition for new hires. This role will also serve as a key point of contact for sharing standardized onboarding content and talent processes globally. By establishing consistent core content, we aim to create a unified Vimeo experience while allowing regions to customize elements that reflect their unique cultures and benefits.

In this role, you will embody our principle of thinking in 10X, transforming our onboarding process into an exceptional experience that prepares new hires for success and strengthens our cohesive company culture.

What You'll Do:

• Onboarding Program Management:
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new employees to ensure they feel welcomed, informed, and ready to succeed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and informative onboarding sessions.
• Gather feedback from new hires to refine and enhance the onboarding process.
• Act as the key point of contact for sharing standard onboarding content and talent process materials with our regional teams.
• Help us establish consistent core content globally while allowing regions the flexibility to customize segments related to their specific offices, holidays, and benefits. This approach will create a unified Vimeo experience as the foundation for our onboarding process.
• Support Talent Initiatives:
• Assist in the execution of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Contribute to employee engagement strategies that foster a positive work environment and culture.
• Participate in the planning and coordination of meet-up strategies to strengthen team connections in a hybrid work setting.
• Learning and Development:
• Support the development and delivery of training programs that promote continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Work with subject matter experts to create relevant content and resources for employee development.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor key metrics related to onboarding, performance, and engagement; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Prepare reports for leadership to highlight program effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Or equivalent professional experience (this is an inclusive best practice)
• 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools; experience with data analysis is a plus.
• A proactive approach with a passion for fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Base Salary Range:

• NYC Metro:  $69,000 - $93,500
