We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual to join our People Data and Payroll Team in Forli, Italy.
About the role:
In this role you will contribute to managing the HR, administrative and payroll activities within the site of Forlì where we produce cutting-edge cooking appliances. You will support the site’s blue/white collar employees and be a reference point for HR-related requests.
As Specialist, People Data & Payroll Italy, you will support the People Data & Payroll Specialist team with personnel administration tasks both on-site and remotely. Your responsibilities will include managing time and attendance, updating payroll records in Workday, and handling employee hires, terminations, and internal moves. You will also prepare necessary documents and certificates, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with payroll closing periods. Additionally, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely preparation of payroll reports.

In detail you will:

Support People Data & Payroll Specialist team

Time and Attendance registration and analysis

Update payroll records in Workday software

Register hirings, terminations, internal moves

Prepare documents and certificates for employees

Respond to employee requests daily

Assist in closing periods and payroll tasks

Prepare timely payroll reports
-
Contribute to team improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Fluent Italian & very good English skills
-
High school diploma/University degree in Accounting/Finance/HR
-
Previous experience in payroll administration within a company or an accounting firm

Proficient use of the main data management applications and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Availability to travel across company locations in Italy

Attention to detail and customer orientation are key

Self-motivation, great time management and organizational skills
-
Good communication skills
