The People Coordinator will gain experience a variety of different People/HR areas over a three-year period. This is an unparalleled opportunity to become thoroughly knowledgeable and contribute to many People/HR areas in the exciting environment of a growing company in the healthcare industry. Essential Job Duties:

  • Drive impact in several fascinating and diverse People/HR areas. Throughout three to four assignments lasting approximately 9 to 12 months each, you’ll build your knowledge and capabilities in multiple areas. Note, this is a customized program, so there is significant flexibility in this approach depending on the team member and business circumstance.
    • Possible areas include: People Analytics and Engagement, Benefits, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, Benefits/Leave Management, and People Consulting
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote WelbeHealth’s values, team culture, and mission
  • Contribute to a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events and development workshops, with a focus on career acceleration

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or relevant professional experience may be substituted
  • Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience working in a professional workplace, with experience working in People, Finance, or Operational functions preferred
  • Above all, propensity for learning agility – you are an energetic, proactive self-starter who has genuine curiosity to learn about the People function
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as comfort with data 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, meet deadlines, and provide excellent service

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $31.35 - $36.05 / hr + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
