THE JOURNEY
- Create, automate and simplify reports and processes to improve efficiency and enable decision making
- Assist in reviewing and consolidating Payroll Costs data
- Support the People Controlling team with monthly Best Estimate and annual Headcount Planning
- Help track monthly Personnel budget metrics and understand variance analysis
- Support several stakeholders within Finance and People departments across the company with any ad-hoc requests
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Good English communication skills
- Enthusiasm for data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to handling confidential information with discretion
- Experience creating automated solutions or complex formulas
- Understanding of data visualization techniques
- Familiarity with or interest in learning AI tools to enhance spreadsheet functionality
- Interest in applying automation to financial processes
- Spanish language skills
- Curious about how companies track and analyze their people costs
- Excited about turning complex data into meaningful insights
- Eager to learn about finance and controlling in a corporate environment
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Motivated to contribute to process improvements through data analysis
