The Challenge

Take-Two has taken the new world of on-site and Hybrid employees head on, and is in search of a Manager, Global Mobility to ensure our teams have everything they need to be successful. Be it creating a new game or ensuring every “I” is dotted, and “T” is crossed. You will help to set-up the foundation and policies for our teams worldwide.

 

What You’ll Take On


  • Support the GM Director in shaping the future of our global mobility programs.

  • Assist the GM Director with program strategy, delivery, advocacy, PFP's and day to day vendor and program management.

  • Present ideas and enhancement opportunities to GM Director. 

  • Support the execution of program best practices and compliance.

  • Utilize benchmarking data to continuously improve relocation processes and policies.

  • Assist cross functionally with the design, implementation, communication and ongoing administration of a robust mobility program.

  • Discover ways to improve existing processes and find solutions through automation and streamlining - using technical creativity and out of the box thinking to help build a seamless global mobility process.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (HR Operations, Compensation, Equity, People Business Partners, Recruiting, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Tax, Finance and Accounting) to streamline cross-functional processes and to mitigate potential risks.

  • Assist in the vendor invoice reconciliation process.

  • Document and update Global Mobility processes.

  • Counsel and advise the business stakeholder on GM polices and process. 

  • Counsel and orient assignees and transferees on their GM package.

  • Work closely with the GM vendors and partners such as Relocation Management Company, Immigration team and other vendors. 

  • Advocate for the program and be a point of contact to HR and Talent Partners, Manager, employees etc. for GM questions.

  • Maintain Global Mobility internal documents, desk level procedures, intranet site, etc.

  • Provide support to People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team to assess relocation benefits and needs for new hires and assignments.



What You Bring


  • A global world view.

  • A strong understanding of relocation program design and best practices.

  • Strong expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of international assignments and relocations

  • The ability to consult with HR leadership to facilitate internal guidance, resources, checklists etc. for managers, team members, and employees

  • Partner with Legal, Finance and Corporate Tax on requests related to assignments or business/personal move requests.

  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills in facilitating meetings with multiple internal and external partners / stakeholders and writing clearly and contextually with appropriate content.

  • Effective at executing in a fast paced and high-volume environment.

  • Ability to work independently while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and requests.

  • Focused on client engagement, best-in-class and relationship building.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to convey difficult messages clearly.

  • Ability to maintain complete discretion with sensitive and confidential information.

  • 5 years’ experience working in a similar Global Mobility role.

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related major


Great to Have:


  • Coordinate with legal and tax departments as needed to support compliant global mobility practices.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of taxes and tax registrations.

  • Able to manage expectations and delivery of services to assignees and transferees along with stakeholders.

  • Experience with generating cost estimates and discussing with the business.

  • Knowledge of tax, legal, payroll, and benefits issues related to cross-border movements.
