People and Culture Generalist – Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo

Be You:

The People and Culture Generalist will demonstrate the following key characteristics:

• Ability to communicate clearly and openly creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and teamwork.

• Demonstrates superior knowledge of Human Resources operations.

• Assist with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.

Master Your Craft:

The People and Culture Generalist provides support and clerical expertise to the People and Culture Assistant Manager and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

What you will do:

• Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in a related position

• Requires ability to operate computer equipment

• Ability to read, speak and write English

• Assist with recruitment and selection process, orientation, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations

• Maintain and update all computer records.

• Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.

• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

• Complete all payroll records for proper signature.

• Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports from P&C computer system.

• Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.

• Check P&C internal mailbox and post outgoing P&C mail.

• Assist with quarterly locker checks
