You will yield to high performance on APE growth, active ratio and turnover by recruiting, training and managing Banca Staff under assigned Bank Partner.

1. Sales Management
- Collaborate with Regional Banca Manager (partner) & Banca Salesforce (PVA) in planning and organizing sales & training activities (eg. Monthly meeting, workshop, event, group presentation…) in the assigned Bank Partners on monthly basis.
- Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve sales targets including APE, sales quality indicators.
- Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners in terms of APE, Sales quality, Compliance
- Manage operational execution of business activities to ensure in line with compliance and risk management.
- Develop & maintain solid & effective collaboration with internal & strategic partnership with bank partners, customers & other external partners to ensure business goals.
2.People Management:
- Provide training/ coaching to all direct reports in technical matters as well as people management skills.
- Train & develop Bank Partner Banca salesforce in accordance with the career path in the assigned Bank Partners.
- Attract talent for Partnership Distribution.
- Develop & promote people motivation & engagement.
3. Account Management by assigned function:
- Take ownership of bank partner ‘s requests & enquiries related to assigned functional tasks. Connect and manage relationship between internal departments & bank partner to ensure progress & effectiveness.
- Develop & maintain strategic partnership with bank partners in communication, deployment & capabilities development to promote partnership relationship & business productivity.
- Propose initiatives to develop Bancassurance, improve operation processes/product and enhance sales quality & customer experience.
4. Others:
To be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)
