Kpler is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our newly formed Payroll team. You will be

responsible for the operational part of payroll, for our entities around the globe. You will be

part of the Finance team, reporting to the Senior Payroll & RewardsManager and working closely with the People team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the payroll records for the monthly payroll process.
• Maintain the relationship with third-party payroll service providers.
• Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll.
• Monitor social, fiscal and labor law changes and communicates it to the relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the General ledger team and offer support in resolving their queries.
• Keep up to date the process description for the payroll process.
• Manage the operational part of the employee benefits (refill and order cards, declare pension contribution etc.) in collaboration with the People team.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and any other language constitutes a plus.
• A previous experience in international payroll is required.
• Good knowledge of the Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to organise workload and meet the expected deadlines.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders within several different time zones.
• Ability to work with confidential material.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
