Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring a Payroll Specialist to work with our NovaLink product. The person in this position will work in our Houston, TX office located at 10777 Northwest Freeway Suite 440.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in accurately mapping pay codes based on client payroll setups
- Review Census Test files for accuracy
- Help clients by answering questions and guiding them through the NovaLink set-up process to ensure a seamless experience
- Regularly monitor and manage the NovaLink email inbox to address client inquiries and internal requests
- Monitor and manage the NovaLink project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Provide assistance with other ongoing projects as needed, supporting the team and helping to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior Payroll experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Committed to lifelong learning
- Flexibility, adaptability and excellent multi-tasking skills
- Prior work experience in an office setting a plus
- Prior customer service experience a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary $40,000 - $50,000
- Salaried, non-exempt
- Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance

- Must be authorized to work for any US employer
- Work hours: 40 hours per week
