Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89151
Duration: 04 Months temp job with possible extension
Shift: Normal
Pay Rate: $39/hr.
Basic Purpose:
- The time and labor intake analyst are responsible for taking incoming employee calls for the Oracle time and labor / Payroll modules.
- They will answer general baseline questions regarding timekeeping and the new Oracle Human Capital Management System or will be escalating to subject matter experts as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Triage time management system activities: time entry, holiday schedules, absences, errors and coordinate resolution.
- Performs responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills within the department and the company.
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field or equivalent related work experience.
- Five years of related experience in time entry system administration or payroll processing.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to identify key causes and workable solutions.
- Proficiency in software skills to create spreadsheets and databases and to extract information from the human resources/payroll and time entry systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
