Join our team as a Payments Control Manager - Associate, where you will be instrumental in shaping a proactive risk and control culture on the Product Innovation Controls Team. The team provides oversight and governance of new product design, development, and deployment within JPMorgan Payments, playing a critical role in the Payments Controls organization.

As an Associate in the Product Innovation Controls Team, you will contribute to a proactive risk and control culture, engage with product management and controls partners, and support the execution of product change control risk assessments. Build relationships with stakeholders, utilize metrics for insights, and participate in strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a proactive risk and control culture using proven evaluation strategies.
- Engage with product management to guide change control decisions for Payments product changes.
- Support product management teams in executing product change control risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to the Payments product change control framework.
- Build relationships with product leads and controls partners to develop subject matter expertise.
- Engage with cross-LOB change control teams to support firm-wide change control framework implementation.
- Utilize metrics and dashboard reporting to identify key themes and insights.
- Participate in strategic and tactical initiatives supporting product management execution.
- Prepare materials for governance forums as necessary.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally with knowledge of digital payments products.
- Aptitude to interpret quantitative analyses and develop metrics for risk and control reporting.
- Ability to develop executive-level presentations to convey key points.
- Excellent organizational management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to establish rapport with senior colleagues and develop strong partnerships.
- Confident communicator with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
- Strong business judgment for new product risk assessments.
- Excellent program management skills and ability to identify structure and process.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in developing metrics and transforming risk and control reporting using intelligent tools and automation.
- Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups.
- Effective change management and transformation experience.
