Cross-border Payments is a division within JPMorgan's Payments business, encompassing Global Clearing and Cross-Currency (FX) services, which are the largest fee-revenue generators. The wholesale industry is leading a technological evolution, focusing on digitizing payments, designing client-centric user interfaces, and providing real-time analytics.
Join our Cross-border Payments Business Management team as an Associate, where you'll contribute to the formulation and execution of our growth strategy. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, driving transformation and influencing outcomes in complex business scenarios.
As a Cross Border Payments Business Manager - Senior Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and conducting robust analytics. You will support senior product leaders, ensure transparency around business performance drivers, and manage end-to-end business activities. Your role involves identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks, making it essential to our success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leads to drive strategic focus for the product in a fast-moving payments landscape.
- Respond to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
- Manage agendas for Business Reviews, coordinating planning activities and meeting content.
- Track and analyze trends in revenues, transactional activity, and deal pipeline.
- Analyze financial performance and identify productivity initiatives.
- Create high-quality presentations for Business Reviews, Town Halls, and strategic meetings.
- Contribute to the revenue budgeting and forecasting process.
- Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively with business partners to drive project next steps.
- Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting growth opportunities.
- Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
- Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting.
- Ability to manage large sets of data and articulate design decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in Payments, Treasury Services, or a related financial services field.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense).
