Who we need


As the primary point of contact for affiliate clients, you'll play a key role in maintaining our status as the movie and TV industry's preferred partner. We’re looking for a people person, who also has the ability to be in the detail at the same time, has hunger for success and a knack for meaningful connections.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with our affiliate partners, who include some of the biggest companies in the entertainment industry (e.g., PrimeVideo, Disney+, HBO Max).
  • Build strong relationships quickly and be the partner manager they turn to first to grow their business, boosting revenue and sign-ups for both parties.
  • Support internal reporting processes and maintain partner dashboards. Be in the weeds with numbers and data, using those metrics to drive partnership growth.
  • Play a big part in achieving and surpassing the Partnerships & Monetization team’s revenue targets, devising and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize affiliate and API partnership deals, onboard new providers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships and Product Lead on ad hoc projects such as market research, A/B testing, new feature development and partner outreach.

What you will need:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, affiliate marketing or business development.
  • You have excellent negotiation & communication skills and are able to build long-standing relationships quickly.
  • You have the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects and partner requests.
  • You are a self-starter, possess a hands-on attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights (you can work with Excel/Google Sheets and big data sets).
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • English at a native level, German is a big plus.
