HiveWatch is looking for a Partnership Manager to join their Revenue team. This person will be an integral part of the Revenue team (Sales & Marketing) and is in a key position to make an impact at a rapidly-growing startup. HiveWatch is leading the shift in the physical security industry and there’s never been a more exciting time to join. 

This is a partner relationship and revenue-generating role, reporting to the VP of Revenue. In this role, you will be building out the next iteration of HiveWatch’s partner program including relationship-building, driving partner participation and engagement, and securing new business. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with executives and sales teams from across the globe. 

This role will be located at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA and offers a hybrid work environment (3 days in office required) and will carry an individual partner sales quota. 


Key responsibilities:

Partner

  • Develop strong relationships with existing partners, going wide and deep into their organizations to find the right contacts to push the program forward and enable their teams.
  • Develop and implement scalable partner enablement programs that align with overall business objectives to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the partner program, including product, marketing, and sales.
  • Continually explore new partnership opportunities by identifying potential referral, reseller, and technical partners and assessing strategic alignment opportunities.

Sales

  • Help drive new business meetings and ultimately make our partners a source of revenue generation.
  • Work with partners to identify new opportunities 

Marketing

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and refine channel programs, incentives, and promotions that drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Find opportunities to exhibit at partner SKOs and user events.
  • Create campaigns and initiatives to attract, enable, and engage new and current partners


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working in partner programs, sales, or marketing
  • Strong understanding of the physical security industry and a track record of working through the channel
  • The ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and solve them with programs
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to act decisively, take initiative, and move projects forward efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and influence stakeholders.


Additional Info:

  • Base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 USD per year with additional  commission potential. 
  • Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan

*Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
